We reserve the right :

• to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock
• to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian GST. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns within Australia -

To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 14 days of order date and in the condition in which they were purchased. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Exchanges within Australia -

If you would like to exchange colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your requirements and include AUD$11 (cheque, money order or credit card details). If possible please include an alternative as we may have sold out of your first choice. For overseas exchanges cost will be at original freight charge. Please do not reuse our courier bag.

Shipping Information

Within Australia -

Please allow 5 – 10 working days delivery. We deliver by Australia Post courier or TNT. Sometimes your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address or PO Box if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 2 more attempts will be made to deliver the parcel before returning back to us. Sorry, no COD’s.
